In the first 6 months of the year, the functional forces of the province and the Steering Committee 389 of districts, towns and cities discovered and arrested 553 cases/555 subjects, the value of the violated objects was about more than 15.9 billion VND; an increase of 3 cases, the value of the objects increased by 4.9 billion VND.

The smuggling situation in Tay Ninh province focuses on items such as: firecrackers, currency, cigarettes, especially prohibited goods such as drugs, which are still quite complicated with many sophisticated methods and tricks. The illegal buying and selling and transporting of firecrackers across the border is becoming more complicated, the method of operation of the subjects mainly uses social networks to communicate and exchange, recently, some ringleaders have used the method of dividing the quantity of firecrackers below the level of criminal prosecution to transport across the border.
