This is a practical activity towards the 60th anniversary of the Party's Internal Affairs sector's tradition day (January 5, 1966 - January 5, 2026) and to implement the plan of the Provincial People's Committee and the directions of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on implementing the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Lao Cai province by 2025".
Previously, the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with the Lao Cai Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to mobilize and socialize 120 million VND to support 2 poor households in Ban Vuoc commune, Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province to build houses (60 million VND each).

The two households receiving support are the family of Ms. Lo Mui Lieu, born in 1960, with permanent residence in Son Ha village, and the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, born in 1977, with permanent residence in village 3, Ban Vuoc commune, Bat Xat district. Both households are poor and in extremely difficult circumstances, temporarily living in a dilapidated wooden house that is at risk of collapsing, and the family is unable to build a permanent house on their own. In addition to the support from the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the families mobilized additional funds from relatives and borrowed money from banks to build houses; the village supported labor days for leveling the ground, transporting construction materials, etc.
After a period of construction, the two projects were completed and handed over for use on May 22. At the inauguration and handover program, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and leaders of the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Bat Xat district presented support and practical gifts to the families.
