On February 6, at the 179th Conference, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee listened to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee report on the organization of the Lunar New Year 2025 in the province and some key tasks in the coming time.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed and requested the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to focus on directing the Provincial People's Committee to carry out 15 key tasks in the coming time to successfully complete the socio -economic development targets in 2025.

That is to immediately focus on handling work, especially unfinished work in 2024, unfinished work due to Tet holiday, not to delay affecting production, business activities, socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security, social order and safety. Proactively review and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for each project during implementation, especially important projects and works.

Urgently, seriously, synchronously and effectively implement the projects, tasks and solutions stated in Resolutions No. 01/NQ-CP, 02/NQ-CP dated January 8, 2025 of the Government, the conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, especially the Economic Growth Scenario (GRDP) and the Project Implementation Progress Scenario and Public Investment Disbursement Progress in 2025 of Hai Duong province. In which, in the first quarter, 6 important public investment projects will be started, 1 project to build Hai Duong City Trade Center (AEON Supermarket) and 1 social housing development project; prepare and well implement special cultural events and activities, traditional festivals at the beginning of the year, Con Son - Kiep Bac Spring Festival in 2025; Issue a plan to implement tasks to promote science, technology, innovation and digital transformation activities in the province under the direction of the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo , Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP, dated January 9, 2025 of the Government...

Synchronously, resolutely and effectively carry out the work of reorganizing the apparatus, arranging cadres, civil servants and public employees, handling surplus public assets after the reorganization, ensuring early stability to organize Party Congresses at all levels in 2025.

Focus on effectively implementing approved plans, reviewing construction plans, urban plans, and land use plans of localities to ensure consistency, unity, and convenience in implementing investment projects, especially important projects that create development momentum. Resolutely handle projects that are behind schedule, unused land and public assets, and unfinished construction works that have not been put into use, causing loss and waste, according to the direction of the Prime Minister.

Implement administrative reform measures, strongly improve and enhance the quality of the investment and business environment. Focus on reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles, promoting investment attraction for development, effectively using resources, improving productivity and product quality, creating breakthrough, rapid and sustainable development in each industry, each field, each locality; organize meetings and dialogues between Hai Duong provincial leaders and businesses in the province in 2025 in the first quarter of 2025.

Focus on completing the allocation of excess revenue capital in 2024; speed up the work of determining land prices for residential and urban area projects...; promote the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital from the beginning of the year.

Focus on building and completing a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, especially key transport infrastructure projects, regional connectivity, digital infrastructure, smart cities and model new rural areas; effectively exploit new development spaces. Implement solutions to increase the urbanization rate, develop urban housing and social housing.

Focus on directing and closely monitoring, grasping the labor situation to promptly have plans to support businesses to overcome the labor shortage after Tet, support workers to return to work. Strengthen consulting activities, job introduction, connecting labor supply and demand.

Strengthen market inspection and control, closely monitor supply and demand developments, and market prices of important and essential goods and services after Tet to promptly have solutions to balance supply and demand, stabilize market prices, promote circulation, and boost growth right from the first months of 2025.

Closely monitor weather developments to direct and guide localities to have appropriate production plans, complete the 2025 production plan; strengthen disease prevention and control on crops and livestock; proactively develop plans to prevent and combat natural disasters, especially severe cold; manage the quality of agricultural, forestry and fishery products, and ensure food safety and hygiene.

Continue to fully and effectively implement social security policies. Monitor and urge to ensure the completion of all housing construction for people with revolutionary contributions, martyrs' relatives, and poor and near-poor households in the province before March 11, 2025; strive to basically complete construction before June 30, 2025.

Prepare well the contents to be presented at the 29th session, the thematic session of the Provincial People's Council held in February 2025.
