The Executive Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has just issued the inspection and supervision program for 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Specifically, in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will conduct a thematic supervision on the leadership and guidance of the Party Congresses at the grassroots level and the preparation for the Party Congresses at the higher levels.
The subjects of supervision are the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
The monitoring period is in the second quarter of 2025. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission is assigned to advise and preside over the process.
The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct the organization and implementation of the 2025 inspection and supervision program as prescribed; at the same time, it requested continued strengthening of intelligence gathering and effective inspection of Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations (if any).

In 2024, Party committees at all levels in Hai Duong province inspected 1,730 Party members and 1,350 Party organizations; conducted inspections when there were signs of violations against 1 Party organization and 26 Party members; carried out thematic supervision of 1,317 Party members and 703 Party organizations; and disciplined 527 Party members and 7 Party organizations.
Inspection committees at all levels have investigated signs of violations involving 97 Party members and 33 Party organizations. The investigations identified violations in 29 Party organizations and 92 Party members, of which disciplinary action was required against 6 Party organizations and 32 Party members.
The Party Inspection Committees at all levels inspected 745 subordinate Party organizations on their performance of inspection and supervision duties; inspected 502 subordinate Party organizations on their performance of Party disciplinary duties; and conducted thematic supervision of 596 Party members and 605 Party organizations.
The Party Disciplinary Committees at all levels have disciplined 96 Party members (38 reprimanded, 33 warned, and 25 expelled) and reprimanded 2 Party organizations.
