*Domestic steel continues to increase with some products

Some brands have announced price increases of 100-300 VND/kg for galvanized steel pipes and boxes. Hoa Phat Steel, D10 CB300 ribbed steel bar is priced at 14,090 VND/kg; CB240 coil steel is priced at 13,790 VND/kg. VAS Steel, CB240 coil steel is priced at 13,450 VND/kg; D10 CB300 ribbed steel is priced at 13,650 VND/kg.

*Domestic gold price continues to decrease

The biggest decrease was 400,000 VND/tael. Today, the price of 9999 gold is listed by many stores at 72.40 million VND/tael for buying and 73.50 million VND/tael for selling.

*Co.op Food opens "Zero-dong Store"

The program is implemented in areas with many workers and disadvantaged laborers, as well as areas with many industrial parks, export processing zones... The program takes place on December 9, 2023, serving and supporting more than 1,200 cases at the end of the year and near Tet with a total cost of up to 400 million VND.

*Pear and plum blossoms in the wild cost millions in the capital

*Pig price decreased sharply

The price of live pigs has continuously decreased across the board and is now around 50,000 VND/kg, causing insecurity among farmers. In the South, the price of live pigs has decreased in many localities, currently fluctuating between 48,000-52,000 VND/kg.
