Over the past years, the Quang Nam Provincial Military Command - the Standing Office of the Quang Nam Provincial Military Recruitment Board has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the circulars and instructions of the Ministry of National Defense , issued full plans and guiding documents on military recruitment work; proactively coordinated with agencies, departments and branches to promote propaganda and career guidance for young people and students registering for admission to schools in the Army.

The Military Recruitment Board of the Ministry of National Defense checks the military recruitment records of Quang Nam province.

Military Commands of districts, towns and cities proactively coordinate closely with relevant sectors and high schools and continuingeducation centers in the area to organize propaganda in many forms.

In the 3 years 2022-2024, on average every year, the Military Service Board at all levels organized propaganda and career guidance for military service candidates in 420 grade 12 classes of 54 high schools in the province, with 16,913 students participating.

Thanks to that, the quality of admitted candidates increased compared to the 2019-2021 period (the number of admitted candidates in the 2019-2021 period reached 22.7%, and in the 2022-2024 period reached 23.96%).
