Ensuring conditions for organizing the 1st Provincial Party Congress

On the morning of September 19, 2025, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held the 6th Conference to discuss and give opinions on the organization and preparation work for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Carefully prepare conditions for organizing and serving the congress

Currently, in addition to the top priority task of completing all documents to be submitted to the congress, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee is focusing on directing the preparation of facilities, reception, logistics, information, propaganda, security, health care, etc. The goal is to ensure the success of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, which is truly a festival for all people, the entire Party Committee, and a broad political activity among cadres, party members and people in the province.

In order for the 1st Provincial Party Congress to take place safely and thoughtfully, the Congress Organizing Subcommittee has established 4 support teams, including: Information and propaganda team; Logistics team; Security and safety team and Delegate health care and protection team. Over the past time, the support teams of the Congress Organizing Subcommittee have focused on implementing assigned tasks according to the plan. In particular, focusing on preparing plans for facilities, reception, logistics, information, propaganda, security, health care and other conditions to serve the congress.

Many localities launched environmental sanitation and landscape improvement campaigns to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

Efforts to implement the mission

Identifying that the congress propaganda work has a special role, meaning and importance in creating unity of awareness, thought and action among cadres, party members, union members and people about the meaning, goals and tasks of the congress, agencies and units under the Information and Propaganda Group have urgently developed plans and implemented decoration and communication work before, during and after the congress. In particular, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DOCST) has completed the script for the opening art program of the congress with the theme "Pride of the Glorious Party" and the art program to welcome the success of the congress with the theme "Belief and Aspiration".

The overall decoration plans for the congress hall, in addition to the lobby and the OCOP product exhibition area, the propaganda plan for the main roads in Lam Dong center and points in West Lam Dong and East Lam Dong are also being actively implemented by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In addition, the unit has issued a plan to organize an exhibition to welcome the congress, with the theme "Lam Dong - Solidarity, innovation, sustainable development".

Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television has created a column "Towards the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030", published periodically every Monday and Friday. Implementing the direction of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 1st Provincial Party Congress to produce a reportage for the congress, up to now, Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television has consulted and completed the draft script of the reportage "Lam Dong converges, aspiration for development" with a duration of 15 minutes for the Organizing Subcommittee serving the congress, the Information and Propaganda Team, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to comment, appraise, complete, and submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The reception and logistics work for the congress has been and is being implemented synchronously by the Logistics Team, in accordance with the approved plan, ensuring solemnity, economy and efficiency. In particular, the printing of invitations and delegate cards, the Logistics Team will promptly deploy the printing and distribution of invitations and delegate cards immediately after the Provincial Party Standing Committee approves the form (designed by the Information and Propaganda Team). The arrangement of places for delegates to eat and rest, the preparation of facilities and services for the congress are also carefully prepared by the Logistics Team.

Along with that, the medical work serving the congress organization was planned and implemented by the Delegate Health Care and Protection Team. The Department of Health has assigned specific tasks to affiliated units to ensure medical work serving the congress. The contents to be implemented include: plans to prevent and control epidemics, environmental sanitation to ensure safety for delegates attending the congress; inspection and supervision to ensure food safety for delegates attending the congress, absolutely not allowing food poisoning and foodborne diseases to occur. At the same time, a permanent medical team will be arranged at the congress venue to provide medical support as well as prepare foreign emergency teams, with a full range of medicines, emergency resuscitation equipment and necessary means to be ready to coordinate when there is an order to mobilize medical support during the congress.

Ensuring security and order is one of the important tasks contributing to the overall success of the congress. The provincial armed forces have developed plans, made specific plans, and deployed measures to ensure political security, social order and safety before, during and after the congress. The provincial police have developed and deployed plans to ensure absolute safety for the congress area, the accommodation area for delegates and the area where activities to celebrate the success of the congress are held. To ensure smooth and safe traffic, the provincial police have plans to lead the delegation and regulate traffic on routes related to the congress venue, especially during rush hours. At the same time, they regularly fight, prevent and handle bad and toxic information on cyberspace, not allowing the spread of false information related to party congresses at all levels.

As planned, the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held in 3 days, from October 9 - 11, 2025. The congress will be held at the Military Academy Hall (No. 2B Lu Gia, Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat), with a total of 498 delegates summoned, including 92 ex-officio and appointed delegates, and 406 official delegates.
