Arrest of director and deputy director of Inspection Center 76-03D

On the morning of May 16, the leader of Quang Ngai Provincial Police said that the Quang Ngai Provincial Police Investigation Agency had just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and executed a temporary detention order and search warrant against Mr. Vo Quang Phat, director and Mr. Bui Tan Binh, deputy director of the 76-03D Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, for the act of forgery in work, as prescribed in Article 359 of the Penal Code.

This inspection center belongs to Dong Hung Investment, Trade and Service Company Limited (address: Binh Hoa commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai).

The case is currently being further investigated and expanded by the Quang Ngai Provincial Police Department.
