According to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tien Phuong, at 3:55 p.m. on September 13, the province's rescue force received a report from local residents about a boy falling into a drainage ditch due to heavy rain causing deep flooding on Ngo Quyen Street, Ward 1, Dau Tieng Town, Dau Tieng District.
