In this year's university entrance exam, candidates do not need to choose an admission method. The admission system will automatically take the highest score among the methods that the candidate meets, after converting to the same scale. Many majors currently have up to 3 or 4 different admission methods, such as transcript scores, high school graduation exams, ability assessments, or thinking assessments... Candidates do not need to consider which method to choose, but only need to register for the major and school, the system will automatically convert and select the highest score among the methods for admission.
Candidates should note that the order of their preferences is still the deciding factor. The system will consider from top to bottom, and candidates who are admitted to a preference will stay at that preference. Therefore, the first preference must be the most favorite major, suitable for the individual's abilities and conditions.
The Ministry of Education and Training recommends that candidates should register for many wishes, divided into 3 groups: Dream group (majors with a higher standard score than current ability), suitable group (standard score close to the exam score), and safe group (majors with a lower standard score than the exam score). However, the majors in this list should all be majors that candidates truly love, not just to "pass for the sake of passing".
