VILenin's thoughts are the torch that lights the way for the proletarian revolutionary movement all over the world, an immortal source of inspiration for oppressed peoples to stand up for the right to live, the right to be human. The legacy of VILenin and the Russian October Revolution still lives forever in the hearts of those who love peace, justice and progress all over the world.

President Ho Chi Minh once commented: "Like the brilliant sun, the October Revolution shone across five continents, awakening millions of oppressed and exploited people on earth. In human history, there has never been a revolution with such great and profound significance."
