Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet

The Politburo decided that General Trinh Van Quyet would cease to participate in the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission's Standing Committee; and transfer, assign, and appoint him to the position of Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

On the morning of November 4, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, on behalf of the Politburo , General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, presented the Politburo's decisions on personnel work.

The Politburo decided that General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, ceased to participate in the Central Military Commission and the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission; transferred, assigned, and appointed him to the position of Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission./.
