Announce the hotline phone number of the Commune People's Committee and the positions of the Commune People's Committee: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of Military Command, Chief of Police, Head of Economic/Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department for the people in the area to know. Proactively sign principle contracts on expected additional human resources, vehicle owners, and facilities providing supplies and materials in the area to be ready to supply to respond to and overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
