Accordingly, the propaganda and mobilization delegation consists of 20 members representing units, sectors, mass fronts of the city and Long Hung commune, headed by Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Thanh.

The mission of the delegation is to go to households to propagate, mobilize, and explain so that people comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies, and agree to hand over the land to implement the above project.

Huong Lo 2 Project, Section 1, Phase 1 started construction at the end of 2020 with a total investment of more than 232 billion VND, connecting National Highway 51 with the existing asphalt road An Hoa - Long Hung.

According to the original plan, this project would be completed in 2022. However, to date, this project has not been completed. The reason is that there are still 42 households that have not handed over the land, mainly concentrated in the An Hoa 2 bridge area, Long Hung commune. Of which, nearly 30 households are being considered for resettlement and 12 households are not eligible for resettlement.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee Ho Van Nam said that, promoting the spirit, responsibility and effectiveness of the delegations mobilizing people to hand over the land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Bien Hoa City in the past nearly 2 months, the Bien Hoa City Party Standing Committee continued to decide to establish a delegation to propagate and mobilize people to hand over the land at Huong Lo 2 Project (section 1, phase 1) to soon complete this traffic project.
