Ministry of Industry and Trade launched the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025"

Recently, to promote domestic consumption, boost production and business activities to contribute to the country's economic development, the Minister of Industry and Trade signed and issued Decision No. 1635/QD-BCT on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025".

The program will take place from June 14 to July 14, 2025 nationwide, combining both traditional and e-commerce forms. The maximum value of goods and services used for promotion and the maximum discount for goods and services on promotion are 100%.

According to the approved Plan, many relevant departments and agencies will participate in implementing this program to create a strong ripple effect. Specifically:

1. The Trade Promotion Agency will preside over and coordinate with relevant units to implement the program; carry out launching and communication activities for the program.

2. The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development will direct the market management departments of provinces and centrally run cities to monitor promotional programs; promote communication activities for the programs; promote online promotional activities through e-commerce platforms...

3. The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy coordinates with businesses and e-commerce platforms to improve the effectiveness of promotional programs on online platforms, attracting consumers to shop in national concentrated promotional programs...

4. The Department of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally run cities shall proactively develop plans to implement the program locally; proactively inform and guide traders to participate in activities.

To implement and respond to the launch of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the Department of Industry and Trade issued Plan No. 255/KH-SCT dated June 11, 2025 on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025" in Ca Mau province.
