According to Lieutenant Tran Bui Ngoc Thach, Duc Minh Border Guard is always ready to be present when people need it, helping to reduce damage in natural disasters. Currently, the unit continues to mobilize forces to support people to harvest the remaining agricultural products before storm No. 13 makes landfall.
