Provincial Border Guard draws experience from training tasks, building discipline, and managing discipline in the first quarter of 2025

On the afternoon of April 8, the Border Guard Command of Khanh Hoa province held a conference to review training tasks, build discipline, and manage discipline in the first quarter of 2025.

In the first quarter, the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command have led and directed units to synchronously and effectively implement measures in management, discipline and law enforcement, associated with building a comprehensive, strong and disciplined unit "Exemplary and typical". Units have proactively done well in political education, management, grasped the ideological situation of soldiers, gradually overcame difficulties, and prepared well for training tasks in terms of human resources, weapons, technical equipment and materials. Officers and soldiers always uphold the spirit of self-awareness, actively participate in training, practice, strictly comply with the law, discipline and traffic safety. Fully implement the logistics and financial regime and standards; ensure adequate quantity, quality and synchronization of weapons and technical equipment to meet the requirements, training tasks, combat readiness and sudden tasks.

The Provincial Border Guard Command has inspected the training preparation and combat readiness of 6 units. Thereby, many positive changes have been recorded in the regular construction work; the system of signs and boards has been reviewed and installed in accordance with regulations, regular practice of flood and storm prevention and control plans, combat plans to protect agencies and units, etc. At the conference, delegates discussed the existing shortcomings and limitations of the units; proposed solutions for better implementation in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, the provincial Border Guard leaders requested the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement combat training orders and regulations of superiors on building discipline and managing discipline in performing tasks. In training, it is necessary to focus on rotating and rolling training, close to actual conditions; fully train the content according to the program plan, ensuring absolute safety in drills, competitions, sports, rescue - search and rescue, live ammunition shooting; innovate and diversify forms of propaganda, dissemination, and legaleducation , raise awareness and sense of self-discipline, law and regulations to ensure safety for all soldiers in the unit.
