Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 56/QD-TTg to re-appoint Mr. Le Minh Ngan to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment .
The term of appointment is 05 years.
The decision takes effect from February 13, 2025.
* Mr. Le Minh Ngan was born on October 5, 1969. Hometown: Van Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province. Qualification: Master of Economics . Mr. Le Minh Ngan has held the following positions: Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quang Binh province, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province.
On February 13, 2020, he was transferred and appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment under Decision No. 243/QD-TTg.
