Minister of Education and Training proposes to mobilize all resources for the High School Graduation Exam

TPO - The Ministry of Education and Training said that on May 27, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son sent an official dispatch to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees of localities on strengthening solutions to organize the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training , the 2025 High School Graduation Exam will take place from June 25 to 27 in all provinces and cities with more candidates than previous years. At the same time, the Exam is held in the context that the whole country is implementing the arrangement and organization of the 2-level local government apparatus and changes in the arrangement of the inspection agency system.

The 2025 exam will be held for both students studying under the 2018 General Education Program and students studying under the 2006 General Education Program; the use of high-tech devices to cheat in exams is increasingly sophisticated and complicated.

The Ministry of Education and Training requested the Standing Committees of localities to focus on leading and directing the People's Committees at provincial level, Party committees, authorities and relevant organizations and agencies to closely and effectively coordinate with the localeducation sector to carefully prepare necessary conditions, have contingency plans for all unusual situations, and not let any stage of the exam go without close management and supervision and without someone taking responsibility.

The 2025 High School Graduation Exam will take place from June 25 to 27 in all provinces and cities with nearly 1.17 million candidates taking the exam.

Direct the Exam Steering Committee, relevant departments, agencies and sectors participating in organizing the exam to develop a plan at the local level, have specific plans and promote responsibility; have specific assignments with clear people, clear work, clear authority, clear responsibility, clear time, clear results.

Ensure that all stages of the exam organization process must have responsible organizations and individuals, in line with the national roadmap for implementing the Party and State's policy on arranging two-level local governments. Create the most favorable conditions for candidates, families and educational institutions.

Direct the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the provincial inspectorate to urgently develop an inspection and examination plan at all stages, especially the stage of assigning responsibilities to organizations and individuals participating in organizing the exam.

The Minister of Education and Training also requested localities to direct professional units of the provincial and communal police to develop plans and arrange forces to ensure absolute security and safety for the exam.

Timely detect, prevent, and prevent candidates from bringing illegal devices and items into the examination room, especially high-tech devices used for cheating purposes, and promptly handle any negative behavior or spreading false or inaccurate information that causes public confusion, contributing to ensuring discipline and fairness in the examination.
