According to information from the letter of Mr. Dinh Ba Duy (born in 1991, residing in Hoa Binh province), during a visit to Phu Quy island, at around 10:30 a.m. on April 20, he visited the flagpole relic in Trieu Duong village, Tam Thanh commune and lost his bag, which contained many assets and personal items such as phone, headphones... He then went to the People's Committee of Tam Thanh commune to ask the police to help find it.

Tam Thanh Commune Police quickly verified the scene and extracted surrounding cameras. At 11:30 a.m. the same day, with the support of the people, Tam Thanh Commune Police found Mr. Duy's bag. Another tourist picked it up.
After identifying the tourist, Tam Thanh Commune Police quickly contacted and talked with the person who picked up the bag. The tourist voluntarily handed the bag over to the police.

Tam Thanh Commune Police invited Mr. Duy to the headquarters to check and receive all lost property.
Receiving the property back after less than 2 hours of being lost, Mr. Duy scooped up the pile and thanked the sense of responsibility and dedication of the local police force. This also shows the effectiveness of the area management work of Tam Thanh Commune Police in particular and the police force of communes in Phu Quy island district in the spirit of serving the people.
