Emotional farewell to the principal

(NLDO) - Arriving at school to receive his retirement decision, the principal was surprised when the whole school "secretly" held an emotional farewell ceremony.

On October 31, social networks posted a clip recording the scene of students of Phan Chu Trinh High School (Ea H'leo district, Dak Lak province) holding a farewell ceremony for the principal.

According to the clip, when the principal just entered the school yard, he was surprised to see thousands of students standing in the hallway waving and cheering to welcome him. Immediately after, two banners with the teacher's picture and the words "Mr. Hoang Minh Ngoc is forever the best" and "We thank you, teacher" were put up.

Hundreds of students then rushed down to the school yard to give their teacher fresh flowers and express their gratitude.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Hoang Minh Ngoc shared that he has been working at Phan Chu Trinh High School for 9 years.

This morning (October 31), the teacher went to school to prepare for the afternoon reception of the working delegation from the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province to announce the decision to let him retire according to the regime.

"I was really surprised and touched when the students and colleagues organized a very meaningful farewell party" - Mr. Ngoc said emotionally.
