Nationwide, there are more than 25,500 models of learning and following Uncle Ho

(QNO) - This morning, June 12, the Central Propaganda Department held a national online conference to evaluate the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo (13th tenure) on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Attending the conference at the Quang Nam bridge were Central Party Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Viet Cuong; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Tri Thanh, along with comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee and key officials of the province. The conference was connected to district and commune-level bridges where conditions permit.

The report at the conference assessed that the new features in leadership, direction and issuance of documents to implement Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo are to clearly define the content of the work to be done, assign responsibilities to collectives and individuals to perform, progress, completion time, with a proactive and creative spirit, promoting the exemplary responsibility of the heads of Party committees, localities and units.

Thanks to that, the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style during the first half of the 13th Party Congress continued to be promoted, put into practice, more regularly and substantially, contributing to improving discipline, order, building a clean and strong Party and political system in terms of ideology, politics, morality, organization and cadres, especially building the style, manners and revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members.

Focusing on combining studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in each organization and individual, at each level and each field, Party committees and authorities at all levels promptly direct the development of plans and commit to cultivating and studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, identifying this as one of the criteria for reviewing, evaluating and classifying Party organizations and the quality of Party members at the end of the year.

Many innovative and creative models and approaches have appeared in many localities and units, making important contributions to the successful completion of socio-economic, defense and security targets. As of April 2023, there were 25,525 different models nationwide in studying and following Uncle Ho.

From the movement of studying and following Uncle Ho, many advanced and typical collective and individual examples have emerged, truly spreading in society, arousing feelings, motivation, patriotism, national consciousness and the desire to contribute and serve the country in all social classes.

According to Mr. Lai Xuan Mon - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, the outstanding achievements from studying and following Uncle Ho and setting an example have been clearly demonstrated in the past two years: the work of Party building in ethics has been promoted, harmoniously combining "building" and "fighting", strictly implementing discipline, order, improving the quality of administrative reform and public service culture.

The work of preventing corruption and negativity in the spirit of "no forbidden zones, no exceptions" is being promoted, focusing on preventing ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation among cadres and party members.

The work of praising, propagating, and replicating typical examples in studying and following Uncle Ho has been innovative and convincing. The work of inspection and supervision has been focused on, aiming to alert, warn, detect early, and promptly prevent violations of Party discipline and State laws, ensuring that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style are carried out seriously, effectively, and substantially.
