How to make Black Pepper Beef
1. Prepare and marinate beef

3. Stir-fry vegetables
Place the pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and heat it up. When the oil is hot, add the bell peppers and onions and stir-fry over high heat for about 4-5 minutes.
4. Make the sauce
Prepare a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 50g of crushed black pepper, then stir well until the mixture dissolves.
