The project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park (Ha Tinh) was approved in principle for investment according to Decision 1003/QD-TTg dated August 29, 2023 of the Prime Minister , the investor is Vietnam - Singapore Urban and Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (VSIP).

The project's objective is to invest in the construction and business of industrial park infrastructure. The total investment capital of the project is 1,555,512 billion VND. The project's land use scale is 190.41 hectares. The project's operating period is 50 years.

The project is deployed in 2 communes of Thach Lien and Viet Tien of Thach Ha district. This is considered a prime location with many advantages. In particular, the North borders National Highway 1, residential areas and agricultural land of Thach Lien commune...

The current status of the land is mainly agricultural land. There are some existing structures such as farms, cemeteries and a small area of ​​residential land.

The residential land area has 4 households that have built houses and are living there. Thach Ha district has worked with relevant units and individuals to gradually clear the land.

For the cemetery land area, relevant units have held a People's meeting to come up with a suitable relocation plan.

The Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project focuses on attracting high-tech industries, industries with potential and competitive advantages of the province. The project has important significance in the socio-economic development of Ha Tinh.
