Warning about functional foods advertised as medicines

(HNM) - On May 12, the Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ) issued a warning about the health protection food product Crilin Women Health's advertisement violating the law on advertising.

Accordingly, recently, on some websites, the advertising link for the health protection food Vien Trinh Nu Hoang Cung Crilin Women Health has misleading content that it has the same effect as a medicine; the advertisement is not consistent with the confirmed advertising content certificate. The Food Safety Department has worked with True Natural Vietnam Natural Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Joint Stock Company (address in Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi ) which is the unit that registered to confirm the advertising content of the above product.

At the meeting, the company representative affirmed that these websites and advertising links do not belong to the company. The company does not carry out and does not authorize any organization or individual to carry out advertising for Crilin Women Health Royal Virgin Pills. The Food Safety Department is coordinating with relevant agencies to verify and handle according to current regulations.
