The 4th Congress of Delegates of the PTSC Corporation Veterans Association, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 24, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Veterans Association of Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) solemnly held the 4th Congress of Veterans Association delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term with the theme "Promoting the nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", the tradition of Loyalty - Solidarity - Exemplary - Innovation, building a clean and strong PTSC Veterans Association, excellently completing its tasks".

Overview of the Congress

The Congress was a comprehensive political event, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, courage, and responsibility of the "Uncle Ho's soldiers" on the oil and gas front today. Attending the Congress, on behalf of the Veterans Association of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group (Petrovietnam), was Comrade Le Quang Toan – Standing Vice Chairman; on behalf of PTSC Corporation, was Comrade Phan Thanh Tung – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC Corporation, along with representatives from the Corporation's Trade Union, Youth Union, and exemplary veteran delegates representing the affiliated units throughout the PTSC system.


Comrade Nguyen Huu Quyet, Chairman of the Veterans Association of PTSC Corporation, reported on the results of activities during the 2022-2027 term and the 2022-2025 period.

Presenting the report at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Huu Quyet – Chairman of the PTSC Veterans Association – stated that the 2022-2025 term was a period when the Corporation faced many difficulties and challenges in its production and business activities. However, with a proactive spirit, resilience, and determination to overcome difficulties, the collective of cadres, members, and oil and gas workers have united and strived to comprehensively fulfill the objectives set forth in the Resolution of the 3rd Congress of the PTSC Veterans Association. Alongside its production and business tasks, the PTSC Veterans Association has actively participated in patriotic emulation movements, social welfare activities, and acts of camaraderie, caring for the lives of its members and policy beneficiary families, contributing to affirming the role and position of the Association within the Corporation's political system. The Congress also seriously acknowledged existing shortcomings and limitations, drawing profound lessons to serve as a basis for innovating operational methods in the next term. Looking ahead to the 2025-2030 term, the PTSC Veterans Association aims to continue upholding the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," building a clean, strong, and comprehensive organization, closely linked to the production and business tasks and Party and mass organization work of the Corporation. The Association will continue to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; promote the exemplary, responsible, and pioneering spirit of its members in all areas of work; and actively participate in the fight against corruption and negative practices, contributing to building a united, humane, and sustainable PTSC corporate culture.

Delivering a keynote address at the Congress, Comrade Le Quang Toan – Standing Vice Chairman of the Petrovietnam Veterans Association – acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the PTSC Veterans Association during the past term, especially the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and practical contributions of its members to the overall development of the Corporation. He emphasized that in the new term, the PTSC Veterans Association needs to continue to strengthen its organization, innovate its operational methods, and more closely integrate with production and business tasks and political work at the unit, thereby further promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of oil and gas veterans in the new era.

On this occasion, the leaders of PTSC also extended their congratulations, shared their thoughts, and expressed their expectations for the Veterans Association – those who always uphold the qualities of a soldier, are dedicated, responsible, and serve as shining examples in their work. These sincere words from the Corporation's leaders are a great source of encouragement, further boosting the confidence and morale of the PTSC Veterans Association to continue contributing, innovating, and playing a part in the overall development of PTSC.


Executive Committee of the PTSC Veterans Association for the term 2025-2030

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the PTSC Veterans Association for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 members, and also elected 9 delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 4th Congress of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Corporation Veterans Association, 2025-2030 term.

The 4th Congress of the PTSC Veterans Association was successfully concluded, marking a new stage of development for the Association's work throughout the Corporation. Building on its glorious traditions and achievements, the PTSC Veterans Association is determined to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, further affirming its role in the sustainable development of PTSC Corporation and the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group.
