Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Ha Ward Tran Thi Thanh Van said that the "For the Poor" campaign in the ward has truly come to life, has profound humanitarian and humanistic significance and has always received the attention and enthusiastic support of organizations, individuals, philanthropists and people of all walks of life.
Responding to the Peak Month "For the Poor" and Social Security in 2025, Hong Ha Ward has developed a detailed plan for this period. The plan aims to propagate and mobilize cadres, party members, union members and people of all walks of life to promote the tradition of solidarity, mutual love, and respond to " World Day for the Eradication of Poverty" and "National Day for the Poor".

With the fine tradition of humanity and affection of the nation, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Ha Ward Tran Thi Thanh Van called on all cadres, party members and people in the ward to join hands and continue to carry out the campaign and build the "For the Poor" Fund to promptly support disadvantaged families in the area.
Accordingly, activities during the Peak Month, from October 17 to November 18, 2025, will focus on mobilizing agencies, units, businesses and people to join hands to support the "For the Poor" Fund, creating resources to help disadvantaged households develop their economy and stabilize their lives.

At the launching ceremony, the ward presented 94 gifts to households in difficult circumstances. This practical activity has contributed to spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual support in the community, helping Hong Ha residents to build a warm, affectionate and increasingly developing residential area.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the program received positive response from residential groups, agencies, schools, businesses and people, with the total initial donation recorded at over 500 million VND.
