In the first 9 months of 2025, labor, employment, vocational education and social security work in Tay Ninh province achieved many positive results.
According to the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, in the first 9 months of the year, the rate of trained workers reached more than 75%, of which those with degrees and certificates reached 31.82%, approaching the 2025 plan target (76% and 31%).
Tay Ninh province continues to focus on implementing the vocational training project linked to market needs, promoting links between vocational training institutions and businesses, aiming to supply skilled labor to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization.
At the same time, Tay Ninh province regularly updates the recruitment needs of businesses and the need for labor training in the area. In the past 9 months, 536 businesses have registered to recruit more than 29,000 jobs, reflecting the high demand for labor in the context of industrial parks and clusters expanding their operations.
Implementing the Project of sending workers to work abroad under contracts, Tay Ninh has achieved remarkable results. Accumulated to September 2025, Tay Ninh province has sent 815 workers to work abroad, of which 535 are in Japan, 188 are in Taiwan, and 92 are in other markets.
This is an effective direction to help workers improve their skills, income and international experience, while contributing to shifting the province's labor structure towards modernity and quality.

In the first 9 months of the year, Tay Ninh has resolved unemployment insurance for nearly 27,000 people, with a total subsidy amount of more than 670 billion VND. In addition, 703 people received vocational training support, with a total cost of more than 2 billion VND, helping workers have the conditions to study, improve their professional skills and find new jobs.
In total, more than 31,000 people registered for unemployment insurance in nine months, reducing pressure on the labor market amid increasing competition for jobs.
Tay Ninh continues to synchronously implement solutions to develop vocational education, focusing on key industries associated with local strengths such as high-tech agriculture , processing industry, logistics services, trade, and tourism.
Regularly organize activities: job fairs, career counseling for students, creating an effective bridge between training institutions and businesses.
Along with that, the work of preventing and combating social evils has been vigorously implemented, especially the prevention of drugs, prostitution and domestic violence, contributing to maintaining security and order, and protecting a healthy working environment.
Thanks to the synchronous implementation of policies on employment, vocational training and social security, Tay Ninh is gradually forming a modern, dynamic and integrated labor market.
In the coming time, the province will continue to promote digital transformation in the field of labor and employment, strengthen the connection of labor supply and demand information, and at the same time replicate sustainable job creation models, especially for youth and rural workers.
The work of repaying gratitude and caring for people with revolutionary contributions continues to be fully implemented in accordance with regulations. Social assistance policies and care for vulnerable groups such as the elderly, women, children, people with disabilities, Agent Orange victims, etc. are regularly implemented, contributing to ensuring social security throughout the province.
In particular, during holidays and Tet, localities have organized visits, support and gifts for policy beneficiaries and poor households, demonstrating the spirit of humanity and community responsibility. Tay Ninh province has also accelerated the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction, aiming to narrow the gap in living standards between regions.
