
According to the commune authorities, floodwaters in K'Ren, K'Long and Dinh An villages are rising very quickly, potentially causing deep flooding, with the potential risk of flash floods and landslides in steep slopes, passes and streams.

According to the scene, the section of National Highway 20 passing through Hiep Thanh commune is currently deeply flooded, traffic is partially cut off. Local authorities have advised vehicles to limit traffic through this area to ensure safety.
The People's Committee of Hiep Thanh commune also asked people to proactively move the elderly, children, property and livestock to high places, and at the same time raise vigilance and limit travel in areas at risk of landslides and flooding.
According to local residents, flooding on Highway 20 through Hiep Thanh frequently occurs during heavy rains. The cause is believed to be the current drainage system that cannot cope with the increasing rainfall, affecting traffic and the lives of local residents.
Currently, authorities are closely monitoring weather developments and preparing response plans to ensure the safety of people and vehicles traveling through the area.
