At the conference, the Customs authority informed businesses about policies and laws on tax and customs; the modernization reform program; solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses; introduced the Customs apparatus after the merger, the implementation of customs procedures on the electronic customs clearance system version 6 (Ecus6)...
Businesses also shared problems arising in the process of implementing customs procedures, especially new policies after merging localities.

Speaking at the direction, Deputy Head of the Regional Customs Branch XVII Phan Van Vu emphasized that in the third quarter of 2025, Customs agencies will continue to promote information activities and disseminate new documents related to customs activities in accordance with the characteristics of the business situation and the specific management area; coordinate with functional units in the area to create favorable conditions for businesses to clear goods in accordance with the law.
Units need to update and post at customs clearance locations new regulations on procedures, commodity policies, etc. so that businesses know and implement them correctly; continue to disseminate and propagate to import-export businesses in the management area about policies, tasks, contents that need to be prepared, connection and deployment of information technology systems according to the digital transformation plan of the Customs sector.
