Bac Ha Electricity Red Cross Branch supports students in difficult circumstances

On May 6, at Ta Chai Commune Kindergarten, Bac Ha Electricity Red Cross Association coordinated with Bac Ha District Red Cross Association and the school to organize a support ceremony for students in especially difficult circumstances on the occasion of Humanitarian Month 2024.
