The President of Vietnam awarded the First Class Labor Order to Da Nang City.

On March 21, President Luong Cuong awarded the First-Class Labor Order to the Party Committee, government, and people of Da Nang city for their outstanding achievements in digital transformation, tourism development, social welfare, and contributions to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

On the afternoon of March 21st, news from the Da Nang City People's Council indicated that President Luong Cuong had signed Decision No. 367/QD-CTN dated March 21, 2025, awarding the First Class Labor Order to the Party Committee, government, and people of Da Nang City for their outstanding achievements in digital transformation, tourism development, social welfare, and contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

The First Class Labor Order was awarded to the Party Committee, government, and people of Da Nang city on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the city's liberation (March 29, 1975 – March 29, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the city's Party Committee (March 28, 1930 – March 28, 2025).

Later that same day, the Da Nang City Department of Culture and Sports announced that, in addition to receiving the First-Class Labor Medal, many cultural and sports activities would take place to celebrate the occasion.

A rally commemorating the 50th anniversary of the city's liberation and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the City Party Committee, with approximately 4,000 people expected to attend, will take place on the morning of March 29th at the Tien Son Sports Complex (Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Hai Chau District).
