Quang Trung Campaign: Navy Region 4 helps people build and repair houses

Naval Region 4 launched the "Quang Trung Campaign" to help people in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces build and repair houses damaged by floods, striving to complete before Lunar New Year 2026.

Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan encouraged and informed the situation of officers and soldiers participating in the Quang Trung Campaign.

With the motto "When people need, when people are in trouble, there is the Navy", continuing to concretize the spirit of "Helping people is an order from the heart", Region 4 organized and launched "Quang Trung Campaign" to mobilize forces and means with the highest sense of responsibility, urgency and speed to join the Party Committee, government and people of Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces to focus on building and repairing houses of people who suffered heavy damage after floods.

According to the plan, Naval Region 4 will coordinate with the Military Command of Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces to establish 40 teams of workers, each team from 12 to 17 comrades. The teams will include officers and soldiers with skills in construction, mechanics, carpentry, electricity and water, along with the unit's equipment and vehicles.

Officers and soldiers participating in helping people will survey the extent of damage to each household; organize the construction and repair of new houses according to the level of damage, ensuring safety and sustainability; support people in cleaning up the environment after the flood; closely coordinate with local authorities, militia forces and organizations to effectively deploy, target the right people, and not miss out on severely damaged households. Complete and hand over new houses to families before January 31, 2026.

In his speech, Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 4, emphasized: This task is both urgent and urgent, and is also the responsibility and sentiment of officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 towards the people; contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the armed forces, building a solid people's position in strategic areas.

To complete the Campaign's objectives as quickly and effectively as possible, the Commander of Naval Region 4 requires units to: Deploy forces and vehicles closely, quickly organize mobile formations to localities with heavy damage to help people; coordinate closely with local Party committees and authorities to identify the right needs and targets, and provide effective and practical support.

In the process of performing their duties, officers and soldiers must strictly follow safety rules, strictly comply with military regulations and discipline when contacting people, and performing tasks to help people; maintain the qualities and image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" who are dedicated, exemplary, close to the people, and for the people; promote responsibility, assign scientific tasks, promote combined strength, ensure the construction of quality works, and hand them over on schedule, contributing to Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces to soon stabilize people's lives after natural disasters.
