This is the third joint training session taking place in the center of Ho Chi Minh City after more than 2 months of training in many different locations. The training session will have the participation of 48 groups including the army, police and many other forces of the city. The 50th anniversary of the country's reunification has about 13,000 participants.

The special feature of the April 30th parade is the participation of the armies of Cambodia, Laos and China. The countries participating in the parade were invited by the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense.

After the preliminary rehearsal on the evening of April 25, the general rehearsal of the entire program will take place at 6:30 a.m. on April 27. The official parade will begin at 6:30 a.m. on April 30, with an opening art program, a flag-raising ceremony, and the parade groups taking turns passing the stage until about 10:30 a.m. on the same day.
