Removing Mr. Tran Tuan Anh from his duties as a delegate of the 15th National Assembly

On February 5, the National Assembly Standing Committee met to consider and give opinions on the dismissal of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, a member of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province, constituency No. 1 of Khanh Hoa province, from his duties as a deputy of the 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, based on the Constitution; based on the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; based on the Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee; based on the opinions of the Politburo on personnel work; based on the opinions of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province; the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province; considering the application to resign from the duties of a National Assembly deputy of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh; based on the submission of the Delegation Work Committee and the voting results of the National Assembly Standing Committee at the meeting on February 5, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 972/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the dismissal of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh from the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province, constituency No. 1 of Khanh Hoa province from the duties of a National Assembly deputy of the XV term for Mr. Tran Tuan Anh of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province, constituency No. 1 of Khanh Hoa province.
