Handed over nearly 300 apartments after 10 months of construction

In the second half of March, hundreds of households in phase 1 of The Garden subdivision, Eco Central Park (of the founder of Ecopark, in Vinh City, Nghe An ) were busy with interior decoration and home furnishing to move in soon. Using the balcony plant solution also limits the long-term absorption of the structure because the soil for planting plants is in direct contact with the concrete”, the investor representative informed about the balcony plant solution at Eco Central Park.

It is known that before the new handover period at the end of April 2024, the investor - founder of Ecopark has handed over nearly 300 garden townhouses, boulevard townhouses and semi-detached villas in phase 1 of The Garden subdivision, after only 10 months of construction, nearly 2 months ahead of schedule.

According to the investor, all products are delivered with completed exteriors, including landscapes and trees, helping to synchronize the image and quality of life of the urban area.
