Proactively connect labor supply and demand at the end of the year.

The year-end labor market is always a vibrant period with labor movements between companies and businesses to meet production and business needs. This is also the time when workers are looking for better job opportunities before the new year. Recognizing this, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Employment Service Center is coordinating job fairs and promoting networking activities to help businesses access quality human resources.

By the end of November 2025, the Provincial Employment Service Center had organized 10 job fairs and direct job placement sessions; and 9 online job placement sessions in the communes of Vi Xuyen, Hoang Su Phi, Sung Mang, Khau Vai, Tat Nga, Son Thuy, Thai Hoa, Na Hang, Regiment 148, and colleges and universities in the province. Nearly 60,000 people received job counseling, job referrals, vocational training advice, and career orientation. Following the counseling, 224 workers went to work under contract in international markets such as China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan; and 1,525 workers secured stable jobs at domestic companies and enterprises.

According to the Job Counseling and Placement Department - Labor Market, Provincial Employment Service Center, the labor market in the province is projected to remain stable in the last months of the year. However, the demand for labor in businesses, clusters, and industrial zones outside the province is expected to increase sharply to meet large orders at the end of the year. The Center has proactively coordinated closely with the People's Committees of communes and wards, schools, and socio-political organizations such as the Youth Union, the Women's Union, and the Farmers' Association to strengthen the organization of counseling, career guidance, and job placement sessions at the grassroots level.

In early December, three community-level job fairs were held in Bach Xa commune, attracting numerous businesses from within and outside the province with 500 job openings across diverse sectors such as electronics, garment manufacturing, component production, services, and agricultural processing. Workers had access to recruitment information, participated in direct interviews at the fairs, registered for vocational training, received advice on overseas employment, and were supported with employment policies as regulated. This is also part of the plan to strengthen the connection between labor supply and demand at the end of the year, aiming to improve the quality of employment services in the locality.

The Department of Internal Affairs has submitted a proposal to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration to grant a license to the Provincial Employment Service Center to operate in sending workers from Tuyen Quang province to China for employment under the cross-border labor management agreement. At the same time, the province is also promoting the signing of a cooperation agreement to send 90 seasonal workers to Jeonbuk, South Korea. The Center is also preparing to organize job fairs in the communes of Lung Cu, Dong Van, Lung Phin, Pho Bang, Sa Phin, and to introduce job opportunities to soldiers preparing for demobilization in early January 2026.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Chinh, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, the Center will continue to monitor and promptly grasp the needs of the labor market, thereby organizing appropriate job counseling and placement activities for workers. At the same time, it aims for a new year with more stable and higher-quality job opportunities, with the goal of providing job counseling, placement, and vocational training to over 50,000 workers throughout the province.
