After 40 days of serious, scientific, democratic, and highly responsible work, with a spirit of innovation, the Tenth Session of the 15th National Assembly has completed its planned agenda.

Attending the Session, the National Assembly delegation and the National Assembly deputies from the province demonstrated a high sense of responsibility to the voters and the people, fully fulfilling their duties and powers, and carrying out many practical activities that contributed to the success of the Session. Prior to the Session, the provincial National Assembly delegation proactively and actively organized surveys and meetings with voters to thoroughly understand their opinions and suggestions, especially regarding difficulties and obstacles related to policies and laws in various fields, in order to propose to the National Assembly the development of policies and laws that are appropriate to the general situation of the country and the specific conditions of the mountainous and border province in particular.

With frankness, intelligence, and responsibility, over 70 National Assembly delegates from the province spoke in group discussions and plenary sessions, contributing their opinions on draft laws and resolutions; on the socio- economic situation; and many other important issues. Many of the delegates' contributions to draft laws and resolutions, such as: specific and breakthrough mechanisms and policies in healthcare, education and training; the National Target Program for building new rural areas; sustainable poverty reduction; socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous regions; urban and rural planning; and the amended Education Law, were highly appreciated by the National Assembly Standing Committee and relevant agencies. These contributions were incorporated into the draft laws and resolutions, creating a suitable legal framework and resources for mountainous and border provinces like Tuyen Quang.

With thorough preparation and active, effective participation, the National Assembly delegation and the National Assembly representatives from the province made many important contributions to the success of the Tenth Session of the 15th National Assembly.
