Clearly define the list, quantity, method of preservation, transportation and distribution of items such as food, clean water, construction materials and gasoline, to ensure timely supply in case of natural disasters that cause isolation.
Along with that, strengthen the coordination of businesses registering to reserve goods with the commune and ward authorities to operate the distribution network. In addition, localities need to regularly update and report on the situation of supply and demand, prices and distribution systems, thereby ensuring that market management information is smooth and accurate.
