At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc province announced Decision No. 1439 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province to appoint Mr. Hoang Long Bien, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lap Thach district, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Transport.
Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the Decision to appoint the position of Director of the Department of Transport to Mr. Hoang Long Bien (right).
Presenting the decision, presenting flowers and congratulating the new Director of the Department of Transport, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong emphasized that Mr. Hoang Long Bien is a cadre with solid political qualities; having held many positions and jobs, always completing assigned tasks well.
At the same time, it is hoped that in the new position, the new Director will continue to strive, practice, promote capacity and experience in the working process, unite with the leadership of the Department of Transport to successfully carry out the tasks of the industry.
In his acceptance speech, the new Director of the Department of Transport, Hoang Long Bien, thanked the province for its attention, trust and confidence. He also affirmed that this was an honor and pride and promised that in his new position, he would continue to train and contribute; promote the spirit of solidarity, unity and determination in the direction and operation of the Transport sector to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Mr. Hoang Long Bien was born in 1970, hometown in Tu Yen commune, Song Lo district, Vinh Phuc.
Mr. Bien started working in the transportation industry in 2003 and has held many different positions.
In 2013, Mr. Bien was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Transport.
In early 2023, Mr. Hoang Long Bien was assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lap Thach district.
