On the same morning, the overseas Vietnamese delegation visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; offered incense in memory of him at House 67 in the Presidential Palace Relic Site; attended the ceremony to announce the decision to recognize three cars that once served President Ho Chi Minh as National Treasures at the Presidential Palace Relic Site; and offered incense in memory of heroic martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs Monument on Bac Son Street.
Many overseas Vietnamese could not hide their emotions when they were able to immerse themselves in the Tet atmosphere in their homeland.
Mr. Chu Minh Khanh, Chairman of the Phu Tho Association in the Czech Republic, expressed his pride in being part of the excellent overseas Vietnamese delegation representing the community in this year's Homeland Spring program.
