President of the Japanese Senate will pay an official visit to Vietnam

According to the National Assembly 's Foreign Affairs Committee, at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, President of the Japanese House of Councilors Otsuji Hidehisa will pay an official visit to Vietnam from September 4 to September 7.
