Accordingly, to rectify and prevent school violence, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province requested the Departmentof Education and Training, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to be responsible for directing educational institutions to strengthen propaganda, dissemination, education on ethics, lifestyle, life skills for students; actively implement the contents of building friendly schools - active students.
At the same time, promote the widespread implementation of the movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; develop and promulgate codes of conduct in schools and have strict disciplinary measures for violations.
Strengthen the responsibility of managers, teachers and staff in managing, preventing, detecting and promptly stopping school violence as well as promoting the role of students in preventing and denouncing acts of school violence; strengthen coordination between schools, police agencies, parent-teacher associations, mass organizations and local authorities to take measures to prevent and repel school violence.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province requested that the provincial police also be responsible for directing affiliated units to investigate and strictly handle acts of school violence.
Regarding the school violence incident of female junior high school students in Phu Cat district and An Nhon town, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan requested the Chairman of Phu Cat district People's Committee and the Chairman of An Nhon town People's Committee to closely direct relevant agencies and units to urgently investigate and analyze the causes leading to the above situation. In particular, there should be specific corrective and remedial measures, as well as strict disciplinary action against groups and individuals involved in the recent student violence incidents in the area and a report to the Provincial People's Committee must be submitted before May 15, 2025.
Previously, the media and social networks posted information about a number of incidents in which students in Binh Dinh province formed attack groups, caused conflicts, and incited them to participate in violence, causing incidents that affected the educational environment and made public opinion indignant. Some typical incidents include:
On April 16, in front of Nhon Hanh Secondary School (An Nhon Town, Binh Dinh), a student of class 11A1 of Hoa Binh High School committed an act of school violence against a student of class 8A3 of Nhon Hanh Secondary School.
On March 23, in An Nhon town, there was also a fight between female students. The group of female students involved were secondary school students from schools in the area.

On April 12, at an empty lot near the foot of De Gi bridge (in Cat Khanh town, Phu Cat district), a case of a female student being assaulted by her friends in the middle of the street was also discovered. Upon verification, the students were also of school age.
