Here, the working group came to survey and inspect the proposed location of the Ta Kou - Bung Thi - Song Phan Urban, Commercial, Service, Entertainment, Eco-Tourism and Spiritual Complex Project and the land fund of DT.719B road, Ham Kiem - Tien Thanh road.

The delegation listened to stakeholders present investment ideas for projects to exploit coastal tourism potential.

The Ta Kou - Bung Thi - Song Phan Urban, Commercial, Service, Entertainment, Eco-Tourism and Spiritual Complex Project (located in Tan Thanh, Ham Thuan Nam, and Tan Hai communes) is expected to be divided into 8 component projects.

Through assessment, it was noted that 2 component projects are likely to be eligible for investor selection and completion in 2025.

For the remaining component projects, legal procedures and processes are also being studied to promote implementation.

Recently, the coastal area of ​​Lam Dong province has established a Working Group to implement tasks related to investment in the Ta Kou - Bung Thi - Song Phan Urban, Trade and Service Complex, Entertainment, Eco-Tourism and Spirituality Project. Thereby, proactively reviewing, monitoring, and urging departments, branches, and localities to guide and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing investment procedures for project construction.
