Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son and the delegation of the Provincial People's Council met with voters of Tuyen Quang city.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches. The conference was held online with wards and communes in Tuyen Quang city.
At the conference, the Provincial People's Council delegates informed voters about the province's socio -economic development in the first 6 months of the year; the expected program of the 8th session of the 19th Provincial People's Council; and the results of implementing policies and mechanisms issued by the Provincial People's Council.

Voters proposed support for a number of agricultural economic models in the area, including including lemon trees in the support list according to Resolution 03 of the Provincial People's Council; regular expenditure norms for public service products in the field of environmental sanitation; application of the 2024 Land Law to compensation for architectural structures, assets, trees, crops and livestock on land after calculating compensation for land recovery; expenses for adjusting survey records after land recovery; and repairing landslides on roads in Trang Da commune.
Voters also requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to recommend the Provincial People's Council to support villages and residential groups to build cultural houses to meet people's needs in terms of quantity, scale, and construction standards; amend and supplement a number of policies and mechanisms on conditions and beneficiaries to easily access preferential support capital; simplify the components of the dossier, support conditions, and disbursement registration procedures; propose adjusting the scope of support policy beneficiaries for organizations and individuals who need to build new or repair traditional houses of ethnic minorities to provide services for tourists to rent (homestay) in the city.
Leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Finance, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; leaders of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city directly responded to voters' opinions under their authority.

Speaking to voters of Tuyen Quang city, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son emphasized that mechanisms and policies play a very important role in social life; they are both tools of State management and legal bases to implement the legitimate and legal rights of the people.
Currently, there are 79 resolutions on mechanisms and policies issued by the Provincial People's Council that are still in effect. Of these, 38 are in the economic field; 29 are in the cultural and social field; and 12 are in the internal affairs, justice, inspection, defense and security fields.
Through the synthesis and evaluation of the implementation results of mechanisms and policies issued by the Provincial People's Council, it can be seen that: Resolutions on mechanisms and policies issued ensure compliance with regulations, meet the requirements for implementing breakthrough areas and key tasks of the province; are consistent with the reality and legitimate aspirations of voters and people. Most of the resolutions have soon come into life and have been effective, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security of the province.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the opinions and recommendations of voters are very legitimate, demonstrating the voters' concern and responsibility for the mechanisms and policies issued by the Provincial People's Council, which are also issues and contents related to and directly affecting the legitimate interests of the people.
Through today's thematic voter contact, the provincial People's Council delegates and relevant professional agencies have grasped the actual situation, thereby proposing solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for more effective implementation in the coming time.
