After hearing the representatives of the Tuyen Quang City People's Committee and relevant departments clarify the issues raised by citizen Hoang Thi Son, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairman of the Tuyen Quang City People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Yen Son District People's Committee and related units to inspect, verify, and definitively resolve the request of Ms. Hoang Thi Son; and at the same time, review and resolve similar cases to Ms. Hoang Thi Son in My Lam ward in accordance with the law.

The comrade requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Son district to direct close coordination with the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city to provide all relevant documents related to Ms. Hoang Thi Son's petition so that the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city can resolve the matter. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, according to its functions and duties, should guide the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city and the People's Committee of Yen Son district to ensure strict adherence to the law.
Leaders of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city gave explanations regarding citizens' requests.
Mr. and Mrs. Le Thi Hai were authorized by their father, Mr. Le Chi Thanh, residing in Tan An residential area, Son Duong town (Son Duong district), to petition for the resolution of a land dispute between their family and Mr. Pham Van Tiep, the adjacent land user.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed the Chairman of the Son Duong District People's Committee to direct relevant agencies to inspect and review the procedures and authority for issuing and exchanging land use right certificates for Mr. Le Chi Thanh and Mr. Pham Van Tiep's families, ensuring strict adherence to regulations and providing appropriate guidance and responses.
