On the morning of February 17, 2025, at the National Assembly Guest House (No. 27A Tran Hung Dao, Phan Chu Trinh Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), Vietnam National Petroleum Group ( Petrolimex /PLX) held the opening ceremony of Course 1 - Petrolimex Store Manager Training Program 2025 (Program). After 88 courses since 2022, the 2025 Program continues to closely follow the goal of consolidating knowledge, methods, and skills for Store Managers (CHT) who have not had the opportunity to participate in the Program from 2022 and building a source team for the CHT position, which are officers and employees in the CHT position planning.
Attending the opening ceremony of the course, on Petrolimex's side were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu - Deputy General Director of the Group and Mr. Nguyen Tri Thien - Head of the Group's Human Resources Department; on the side of MIS Vietnam Training Joint Stock Company (MIS), there were Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Tri Dung - Deputy General Director of MIS, Program Director of MIS and Master Tran Ngoc Luong - lecturer of the Program.
Participating in the first course of 2025 are 35 trainees who are current CHTs, officers and employees who are in the planning for the CHT title from 22 member enterprises of the Group in the Northern Region: Region I, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, B12, Hung Yen , Region III, Ha Son Binh, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Bac Thai, Phu Tho, Ha Nam Ninh, Ha Nam, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, PTC. The course lasts for 05 days, starting from February 17, 2025 to February 21, 2025.
According to the CHT training program framework in 2025, the Group will organize 27 training courses for 940 students with essential contents:
(1) Leadership and management thinking, improving management capacity for students, in accordance with the development orientation of the Group and social requirements;
(2) Supplementing necessary knowledge, methods and skills for students, suitable for the organization and management requirements of the Group's and units' stores and suitable for practical requirements;
(3) Create an environment for students to share knowledge, skills, and experience in organizing, managing, and operating CHXD under different practical conditions;
(4) Help students better understand and promptly adapt to: State policies and guidelines; market changes; Development orientation of the Group (Focus on retail, exploiting added value in the retail system); Pioneering policies of the Group (Cashless payment program, National sales program, automatic payment solutions, etc.);
(5) Create motivation and encourage students to be more committed and responsible to their work and profession, contributing to the development of Petrolimex;
In his opening speech, Petrolimex Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Tu shared that the year 2025 will continue to face new opportunities and challenges. In that context, the task of each employee is not only to sell products but also to strongly promote the role of brand ambassador, directly contributing to building and protecting the image and reputation of the Group. The CHTs and comrades who are planned to hold the title of CHT are the pioneers in improving service quality, creating a professional, modern and customer-friendly business environment.
Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Tu also asked the trainees to study with a high sense of responsibility, attend all training sessions to fully absorb useful knowledge; Strengthen and actively exchange and discuss unclear content, limitations and shortcomings arising in their work practices and hoped that through this training program, the trainees will accumulate more knowledge and apply it to work practices to serve the sustainable development of Petrolimex.
