Currently, the Tan Binh District Police Department is handling and investigating a criminal case of property extortion discovered on March 2 at the business location of Vietnam Thinh Vuong Debt Trading Joint Stock Company (address 22A Tan Canh, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City).
Ho Chi Minh City police inspected a local financial company for signs of debt collection terrorism.
To serve the investigation to expand the case, ensure the right person is handled, the right crime is punished according to the law, Tan Binh District Police request that any customers who borrow money, relatives, friends of customers who borrow money from Easy Credit Company, who have been called or texted by employees with threatening content about themselves and threatening the customers' families and friends;
Or if debt collectors curse, use intimidating words, put mental pressure, or insult the honor and reputation of customers to force them to pay the debt, then contact, notify, and immediately go to the Criminal Police Team of Tan Binh District Police (No. 340 Hoang Van Thu, Ward 4, Tan Binh District) to report the incident to ensure the rights of the victim.
