On the afternoon of December 26, the Provincial Party Standing Committee convened a meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

Comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the comrades who received decisions to join the Executive Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

At the conference, comrade Pham Van Tuan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the decision of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat to appoint comrade Do Manh Tang, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thai Binh province and comrade Pham Viet Vuong, Director of the People's Procuracy of Thai Binh province to participate in the Thai Binh Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech assigning tasks to the comrades who received the decision.

Presenting the decision and congratulating comrades Do Manh Tang and Pham Viet Vuong, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that in their new positions, the two comrades continue to promote their capacity, experience, enthusiasm, responsibility, and focus on leading and completing the assigned functions and tasks of the sector. In particular, as members of the Provincial Party Committee, the two comrades need to be exemplary, participate fully, regularly, responsibly, and enthusiastically in the collective leadership, and carry out the common tasks of the Provincial Party Committee. In the immediate future, the two comrades will actively and responsibly participate with the Provincial Party Executive Committee in leading, directing and successfully implementing the work of streamlining the political system's organizational structure in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and streamline the political system's organizational structure to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently"; the work of preparing and organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; focusing on removing bottlenecks and bottlenecks, creating a premise for socio-economic development of the province.
