Announcing the decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of the Forest Protection and Development Fund

The conference announced the Decision on recognizing the Trade Union of the Forest Protection and Development Fund and the Decision on recognizing the Executive Board of the Trade Union of the Forest Protection and Development Fund. Accordingly, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of the Forest Protection and Development Fund consists of 3 comrades. The Executive Board operates according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, is responsible for assigning tasks, developing plans and implementing trade union activities from the date of recognition.

The Forest Protection and Development Fund Trade Union was established on October 21, 2025 with a total of 23 union members. This is a trade union organization under the Provincial Labor Federation; has legal status, uses its own seal, opens accounts at banks and the State Treasury; performs the duties and powers prescribed by law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Comrade Hoang Tho Trung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the Decision on recognizing the Grassroots Trade Union of the Forest Protection and Development Fund.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Tho Trung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: The establishment of the grassroots trade union is the first step for the grassroots trade union of the Forest Protection and Development Fund to operate effectively. The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union builds working regulations and assigns tasks to the members of the Executive Committee. Organize a grassroots trade union conference to unify resolutions on directions, goals, tasks and solutions to build the movement of workers and civil servants and trade union activities for the 2025-2030 term. The goals and tasks need to closely follow the political tasks of the Forest Protection and Development Fund and the practical situation of the province in the coming years.
